The b-l-a-k hat operations team is responsible for the safe delivery of your product/item(s), provided weather conditions, traffic and/or any natural disaster outside of the company's control, but not limited to customer availability/communication with the (B.H.O) team. we reserve the right to hold items until payment is received/verified by our dispatching staff and or driver. Customer is to be present to receive delivery, (unless otherwise specified) per booking details prior to acceptance of said delivery. These terms outline the temporary contract for that delivery in question. this contract provides terms & conditions limited to the customer & B.H.O. company agreement for the booking of the one(1) delivery, unless otherwise specified prior to booking start. Furthermore (B.H.O.) will not assume responsibility for product/item(s) damaged at shipping location prior to pick-up. We assume the (in transit) 'damage occurred' responsibilities. For product/item(s) delivered to location without person(s) to receive said product/item(s) a one(1) hour grace period has been implemented to ensure your items get delivered to location. After one(1) hour driver reserves the right to depart from drop-off location in order to proceed with other customer(s) delivery in a timely fashion. a pro-rated or double charge will incur for the product/item(s) to be delivered a second(2nd) time, to recoup labor, availability, and travel expenses. (EXAMPLE); if said delivery is past the above mentioned one(1) hour drop-off wait period, & driver has left, the miles driven will be pro-rated into the new delivery charge. If refusal of FULL payment is adopted by receiving individual(s). (B.H.O.) reserves the right to hold the product/item(s) until payment is rendered and (or) verified by B.H.O. staff. if after seven(7) days the item has not been claimed by procurement of payment, said product/item(s) will go to collections department in which case your item will only be available for claim for an additional seven(7) days whilst the product/item(s) is posted for auction to recoup losses incurred by said delivery. Furthermore if the delivery vehicle reaches "HOME/HEADQUARTERS" the charge automatically doubles, as that is a second(2nd) full trip and requires a full charge, to also include the original delivery charge. These terms are to protect all parties involved and provide clarity on what to expect in the case of 'delivery bookings'. These terms & conditions are subject to change, be sure to check for any updates & changes for us to all remain in compliance.
